We work with trusted producers back home who still make these recipes by hand, the same way they always have — then we bring them to Scarborough, Ontario, frozen at their best, so they arrive on your table tasting exactly the way they should.

Every product is made in Turkey, across the historic lands of Mesopotamia — Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep, and beyond — bringing the country's most distinctive regional flavours to Canada. Each item is prepared and frozen at its peak in Turkey, then imported to preserve its authentic taste and texture all the way to your table.
